Key word for PSA is properly. They have probably mis graded more cards than SGC has graded.

Funny thing is that it's not even a card. It's a stamp.

From a country that makes or made money from selling stamps to collectors that were mostly never actually used on mail.

Many were middle eastern, and stamp guys refer to them collectively as "the dunes" Most of them did stuff like this, which were a sort of kelloggs ish 3d thing. The SGC 9 is either coming unbonded at the corners, or had something spilled on it that soaked in there.

A prime example of something that's sort of junk in the intended hobby, but much better in a different hobby.
