If he would have lived, TheBig6 would have been celebrating his 68th birthday on the day I was born.

Default Is it time to have a renewed poll on age of Net54 Members

Default I am Topps Dice game years old

I am Topps dice game years old. My Dad told me he wanted to name me Mickey but my Mom was not having it.
In 1976 I went with my Dad to Connecticut for a card show. Kinda a hike for us George Lyons was there and had 2 Dice game cards a Mays and a common. I asked him how much he said $100 for the Mays $60 for the common. I could have said yes my lawn cutting was going well and had most of it in my pocket but I decided to ask my dad who was just a couple tables away. I go he says yes to Mays we go back and ....Sold.. so deflated We don't even buy the common. For a long time it was an unhappy memory. Now it is in the giant pile of early card show Memories of me and my Dad. And all of the great collectors I have met over the years
