Everyone is looking at the buyer how about looking at the seller also. Maybe the seller was looking for a way to not sell the card for the winning bid. Granted it is very poor but it is a 52 high number and a Yankees card. Could it be possible that he thought $20 was to low to let it go?
I do think it’s blown out of proportion that the card is coming from Canada and if you send money out of the country I’m always charged a fee even if it’s F&F but it can’t be very much for $20. Assuming the upset part comes from it really was needed in a certain time frame which probably wasn’t going to happen coming from Canada. For me I could care less if I get a card from Canada in a month or two days from in the US. It will come and I will get it and will make no difference in the long term. To me I would like to know why I got a refund if I never asked for it? Rick |
