Hockey
This is the kind of crap that happens when you get too big for your britches.
They almost have a monopoly on hockey and apparently forgot what got them there. Stuff does happen sometimes in any business and because I have not heard anything else from consigners, I will cut them a little slack. The lack of communication would really infuriate me.
