You could sneak into a 1.5 or 2 but plan for a 1 as the other member said. I have not seen many or any tape stain PSA 3s. They might be out there. I have a 1916 card with a small piece of tape on it otherwise nice in a PSA 1.5..
The goudeys should not be fragile, something in storage could have damaged them, but the goudeys overall are pretty rugged and strong cards. |
