Thanks! In my book Confessions of a Baseball Card Addict, I detailed how I spent $107,868 on my collection ... and ultimately turned a profit ... so ... yes, the Canseco collection was worth that much

Thanks! I actually wrote a book that talks about how I did it - Confessions of a Baseball Card Addict. But here is the rundown: I hit the supercollectors, then the resellers, then the public. That is a way, way, way dumb downed version, but that's how it happened.

If we have another kid ... definitely have to go with Tuff Stuff!

That was certainly a one of a kind collection. I must admit I was surprised when I read you came out ahead selling it off. Glad to see you were able to acquire some nice cards with the funds. I tend to look for the same low to mid grade high eye appeal cards in prewar. Great value for the money.
