According to GetHuman.com (an invaluable resource for people who prefer to speak to real human customer service agents) OfferUp has no active customer service line. They suggest the contact us page https://help.offerupnow.com/hc/en-us for Customer Service which I am sure you used already...very annoying they have no phone number. Joshua
