Don't know but he also has 1 1915 Ruth rookie for $900 and a Shoeless Joe card....

Damn all this fraud is like a plague....

There is a Report button just below the map...I think you can even say it is a scam.

I tried that 3 times. I need a contact phone number, which I believe don't exist.

I clicked "Report" then "Looks like a scam" then Send. It worked and said
Reported Thank you for taking time to let us know.

I reported three times it's a scam, and nothing happened.

Rich,
According to GetHuman.com (an invaluable resource for people who prefer to speak to real human customer service agents) OfferUp has no active customer service line. They suggest the contact us page

https://help.offerupnow.com/hc/en-us for Customer Service

which I am sure you used already...very annoying they have no phone number.

Exactly. Contacting by email is a waste of time. Meanwhile, the scams keep posting...

Offer Up is the wild West. Proceed with caution!

Having said that I have had a couple successful transactions including a 1959 Mantle.
