Not Cooperstown.

Looks like a photo of the opening of the Yogi Berra museum in Little Falls NY. The opening was in 1998, you may be able to find a news story that lists the guest addendees.

Agree that the setting is the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center, but Little Falls is in New Jersey.
