Amazing customer service. What can you say. The way some of these AH's drag out getting your shipment out the door you'd think you asked them to give you a kidney.

Not to derail the thread as REA is amazing, there's another AH that will take at least 9 days after cashing my check to send the winnings. Not happy at all. If everyone could be more like REA it would be a better experience.

REA - received 4 days after the auction ended.

The other AH - 13 days after my payment posted before they shipped because "As either a new customer or someone who has won items of significantly more value than in past auctions, we do need to hold your check until it fully clears. This is stated in our auction rules."

Funny thing about this other AH is I've done over $15k business with them in the past and this invoice was one of the lowest I've had. They promised to ship today, but when I called they said "Maybe Monday".

I have to agree with the great service. Received my winnings the same day my check cashed. Brian and crew are on point like no other.
