These cards come from a group that were sold raw on eBay over a period of months. They were neatly hand cut, not factory cut, so they graded PSA AA.
Other people here can provide much more information on the totals, I'm sure. Given that they were not factory cut and these were the only examples of the backs on these "no print" cards, PSA didn't want to include them in the normal pop reports, but they agreed to list them in a section so that people can see the holdered populations in addition to cert verification.
