I'm sure the only reason it was not submitted for grading was the seller's acute awareness of how the impact of paper loss on the reverse would adversely affect the grade.
 The reprint/not a reprint dichotomy simply clarifies that this is not a reprint of a reprint. I do not have a problem with that. This will reassure "first generation reprint" collectors that they are bidding on an original reprint.  I like the centering.
