Andy--I agree with Paul: the final digit is a -0. You can see the difference between the -0 and the -9. The -0 has ink at the bottom making it look like a -9.
And, of course, John is correct--the players are from 1900. All of which adds up to making it an even cooler piece. Nice pick-up! Cheers, Mike
