1909 Pittsburg Press National League schedule booklet

I ran across a passport-ish size booklet schedule for the National League 1909 season and it features portraits of players. It appears it was given out by or given to the "Pittsburg Press."
Has anyone ever seen one of these before?

I've never seen it before, but it's a 1900 booklet, not 1909. Cool item

It says 1909 season on cover.

Interesting. Here's Wagner. It does seem to be an earlier photo of him.

Just look at the schedule part if it's still there and you can tell the year, but I can't imagine they would show 1900 players in a 1909 schedule

Very cool item! Any chance Barney Dreyfuss is pictured in the booklet??

It's on its way to me. I should have more images soon.

Very cool item!!! I think if you zoom in on the cover it looks more like 1900 than 1909. There's a dark ink blob on the bottom of the last zero that makes it look like a 9.

Andy--I agree with Paul: the final digit is a -0. You can see the difference between the -0 and the -9. The -0 has ink at the bottom making it look like a -9.

And, of course, John is correct--the players are from 1900.

All of which adds up to making it an even cooler piece. Nice pick-up!

Cheers,
Mike
