They wont swap out cards, they deal with millions of dollars in cards and I have never heard of them doing that.

To answer your question, its up to you. You will probably get more if its graded, but in the end its about buying the card. You will have to shipping both ways plus the fee ($17 at psa) and wait for the card to return prior to selling. I don't like graded cards and do buy raw so us dinosaurs still exists. It comes down to what you want to do and how quickly you want to do it.
