Reiser was extremely popular during his playing days, but passed in 1981. I've only seen a few cards signed by him. Surprising given his popularity and longevity as a manager, then again not too many people would send cards through the mail, and who brought along a 1948 card of a now manager to get signed in the 70s.
Kerr being born, bred, as well as having played in NY, and living until 2006 is certainly strange that he hasnt come up yet. Maybe the Bowmans weren't as popular, or as plentiful to have signed? Same type of things happen in every year of collecting a signed set. You see 20 signed cards of a guy, but not a single 19XX. You are lucky to have picked small set!
