With a card like that it might not hurt to put it up BIN or best offer, something high, 20 or 25k, and see if anyone makes a decent offer. If it was my card I would start there, then consider an auction.
I'll probably get blasted for adding this but I would also consider cosigning to someone like pwcc or probstein. And yes, if it looks like it would grade at least a 9 I would send it in.
