Very cool subset. Congrats

I'd love a lesson about these 12 cards. Tougher or easier in El Principe? Tolstoi? Sovereign? Piedmont 42?

Mission accomplished! Here's hoping you'll have all 12 cards together at the National so they can be seen in person.

No go......the only other red HINDU in my collection is one of my favorite dudes....."Turkey Mike" Donlin.

There are 35 possible red HINDU cards in the 350/460 series; and, I ain't about to start looking for them.

Anyhow, thanks for the suggestion

Thanks......and you are right, it has been lots of fun. I really enjoy a T206 challenge. But, I must admit that I was beginning to wonder if I would find the Sheckard red HINDU.
There appears to be only about 5 (or less) of them in circulation.

Default The numbers game......

For those of you that are interested in POP report #s, the following lists the POP report data regarding the 43 confirmed red HINDU cards.
Note that several UNGRADED red HINDU cards that I have (or had) are also included in these POP numbers.

While I realize POP report data cannot be considered as absolute, I think it is fair to say that the POP data is representative of the relative
availability of certain cards with respect to other cards.

Therefore, comparing the POP report data of the "Exclusive 12" red HINDU cards with respect to the 350/460 series red HINDU cards, it is
quite evident from the numbers of the Exclusive 12 guys that they were printed in greater numbers than the 350/460 series guys.

POP # = PSA + SGC + Ungraded red HINDU cards in my collection

460-only series

POP #.....Subject

14........Crandall (cap)
8..........Devore
14........Duffy
10........Ford
9..........Gandil
8..........Geyer
15........Hummel
10........McGraw (glove at hip)
7..........Pfeffer
7..........Sheckard (glove)
12........Tannehill (Chicago)
14........Wheat

To date, 31 subjects have been confirmed with the red HINDU back in the 350/460 series.

POP #.....Subject

7..........Baker **
2..........Bender (no trees)
5..........M. Brown (Chicago)
3..........Chance (portrait-yellow)
3..........Chase (blue)
0..........Chase (dark cap)
5..........Cobb (red portrait)
2..........Davis (A's)
2..........Donlin (bat)
2..........Doolan (bat)
1..........Dougherty (arm in air)
2..........Downey (bat)
1..........Larry Doyle (bat)
0..........Elberfeld (Washington-fielding)
3..........Evers (Chicago-yellow sky)
3..........Griffith (bat)
5..........Johnson (pitching)
2..........Joss (pitching)
4..........Kleinow (Boston)
2..........Konetchy (glove low)

2..........Magee (bat)
1..........Murphy (batting)
1..........O'Leary (hands on knees)
0..........Rucker (throwing)
3..........Seymour (throwing)
4..........Snodgrass (catching)
3..........Stahl (glove)
1..........Street (fielding)
2..........Sweeney (fielding)
1..........Willis (throwing)
3..........CYoung (glove

Note **.....It appears that Baker was most likely Double-Printed on the sheet comprising of the 350/460 series cards.

Furthermore, the following 4 subjects in the 350/460 series have yet to be confirmed with the red HINDU back. All 4
of these subjects are possible with this back.

Ames (hands above head)
Mathewson (dark cap)
McIntyre (Brooklyn & Chicago))
Reulbach (no glove)

Hey guys, these POP report numbers are from 2014. Any new POP numbers on these cards are appreciated.....and, I will update the listing.

Default Hey Derek and Sean......

Per your requests....the Exclusive 12 with SOVEREIGN 460 backs.

Empirical evidence indicates that these 12 guys were printed in larger quantities than the other 36 subjects that were also printed ONLY with 460-type backs.

Derek

I will post my AMERICAN BEAUTY 460 cards of these 12 guys in a forthcoming post here.
