Does anyone know of a complete T213-1 Set? Name a Type Set that no one has completed!

Not sure that's true? I thought the set, when originally discovered, was discovered as a complete set. It was subsequently broken up, and is likely never to be put back together. But since it was discovered as a complete set, it is technically a type set that was, at one time, complete.
