Also, the specific flip I am talking to is a 52 Mantle that was purchased from Mile High and sold 6 days later.

Sean as you know very well, a 52 Mantle is a little different than a midgrade fifth year (yes, I know, first Topps) Jackie Robinson in terms of whether you might be able to hit it big with a quick flip. You're comparing apples and peanuts.
