There are well over 100 of them on eBay right now. Everything else seems rare if you compare it to T206, but T213s in general are very easy to find. There are actually 3 sets, T213-1, -2, and -3 issued with gaps of several years between them.
T213-1 is tough but still pretty affordable when they come up. There's no reason they shouldn't be considered T206s, but they aren't (by most people) and so sell for a fraction of a similarly rare card that's officially cataloged as a T206. T213-2 is common. T213-3 is intermediate in difficulty but closer to the T213-1 end of the scale. Unfortunately they're also ugly. To me they look like T206s that someone soaked in a cup of tea before the ink ever had a chance to dry.
