ditto what Dan said...the thread content used to be much more varied than these days.
It is an interesting comparison though...despite the fact that these 2 sets appear to have very little in common. I'd surmise that E107 was somewhat of an experiment...a prototype you might say for later sets...hence the short supply of cards...was possibly produced in b/w to save $$$ and why it contains supreme rarities of some of the variations. The E107 paved the way for sets like e90-1 and t206to be produced which came much later. |
