He sounds like a good guy in his letters but isn't it true only a few ball players attended his funeral?
Just read that this is a myth too. He had a private family funeral and representatives from Major League baseball and the Tigers did attend. I read a few other personal accounts online too. He really does seem like a nice guy. Last edited by packs; 04-05-2013 at 01:04 PM.
