CollectorFocus Image Quality

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum but a couple weeks ago it seems like the thumbnail images on my collector focus collection got blurry/low resolution issues. And even maybe the larger images now show the same effect. Did something change? Liked having my collection to view online but now not as visually appealing...
