9th Annual Net54baseball National Dinner RSVP thread!!

This year marks the 9th Annual Net54baseball National Dinner. It will be held right across the street from the Rosemont Convention Center at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare-

**I want to personally thank our primary sponsor, Chris Ivy and staff at Heritage Auctions, as without them there wouldn't be a dinner this year. Their support is most appreciated. Please remember them in your hobby endeavors!!

The Dinner will be on the Friday of the National, August 5, 2011 and will run from 6:30pm until 1am. It is open for all Net54baseball members and family who have RSVP'd. Kids are welcome but our audience is real life and there will be alcohol flowing so some minor cussing is to be expected, just lettin' ya' know. There will be appetizers, dinner and an open bar with alcohol and soft drinks the whole time. Everything will be free. As usual I will be the emcee for the night and will be the bearer of drink tickets. We have never run out of drink tickets so don't worry about that aspect. EVERYONE will be required to wear a little paper name tag, with first and last name, which will be supplied at the event (just as before). You can not remain anonymous at the Dinner. ... I will need a first and last name of RSVP's for those attending. If you don't RSVP you will not be able to attend. We will have speakers at 7:30pm and then Dinner will be served after them, which should be right around 8:15-8:30. The speakers will be entertaining and will be very recognized names in the hobby. I will keep the speaker's names a surprise for now.....If you are planning on coming to the dinner and NOT eating I still need to know and you STILL need to RSVP, as I have to know how many tables, bartenders etc.... to have. Please let me know if you will be having dinner when you RSVP.I am expecting 150-200 people and it should be a blast. Last year we had about 165 in attendance. Thanks again to everyone for making this event a very enjoyable and memorable experience. I look forward to seeing everyone there. Sometimes emails go to spam so make sure you get an email back from me if you email me. This thread is really the best way to RSVP but emails are ok too. best regards
