Ok, this is a bit of a stretch, but it was nearly available a few years ago. Fortunately it went in a larger lot to someone that appreciates it more than the previous owner.
Had the South Boston plan gone through the old owners would have sold it for the land value. I would have loved to have bought it to use as a museum of some kind. Steve B
