What is Your Vote for the Most Extraordinary Collectible in the Hobby?

The title says it all, but you have to post a pic. You can ascribe whatever meaning you feel to the word "extroardinary."

I'll kick it off with my vote:

Ty Cobb's false teeth--it boggles the mind to think where they may have been.

Still hunting for it...the Joe Jackson confession letter which I bet is still around.

Confession Letter

Speaking of "confession" letters...what about the Dutch Leonard blackmail & accusation letters against Cobb and Speaker? That would be something to read...along with all the follow up documents that were probably destroyed.

However, overall Black Betsy would get serious consideration as well.

Ok, this is a bit of a stretch, but it was nearly available a few years ago. Fortunately it went in a larger lot to someone that appreciates it more than the previous owner.

Had the South Boston plan gone through the old owners would have sold it for the land value. I would have loved to have bought it to use as a museum of some kind.

Mordecai Brown's missing finger.

I keep John Rocker's common decency in a shot glass on my mantle.

My vote would be for any 1800's Trophyball. I never thought I would even see one and then went to a local auction and bought this one. To have a ball from a game that was played over 100 years ago gets my vote everytime.:)

It is not mine, but I sure wish it was...
