Bob- my argument for Aaron was strictly by the numbers: 1st in home runs, RBI's, total bases, and extra base hits; 3rd in hits and runs (I think). Those are monster stats in all the most important categories. Of course, there are others who were as good or better, but those numbers don't lie.
