Ok it's oc but why is the card psa1?

I wondered the same thing when I first saw that card. I figured the seller isn't crying about the grade so there's something that isn't obvious in the scan that isn't being disclosed in the item description. I have a PSA1 34 Goudey that appears beautiful but there is a rather large paper tear that isn't quite visible in a scan. The ebay seller I purchased the card from disclosed the problem and I didn't think it was that bad. Technically the card deserved a "1" but aesthetically, it presented well, like this Ruth card.
