Another auction mystery.

I would have bid it up to the resale value of the rest of the lot, just to get a better look. The more I looked at the scan, the more I thought it looked like something someone made on their computer. The "name and team" was too far from the bottom border. Fortunately, I saw where Hankron's brother-in-law has some of his books up on ebay. I've got my bids in, in case the answers are in there.
