ebay -- no more feedback stars?

Seems to me they must be tinkering with the layout of the feedback leaving page. Last night when I left feedback, the "optional" star rating portion was in a drop down you had to click on to reveal the items requiring star ratings. The OP didn't see the star items at all when he left feedback. I just now went to leave feedback and the "optional" items requiring star ratings have now been moved to the bottom of the page (below the text box where you actually type in feedback comments.) Previously the star options were near the top of the page before the text box. They were also no longer hidden behind a drop-down heading. So, who knows how this will actually end up looking.

On the bright side, perhaps the eBay evil genius squad will be distracted with this project for a while, and they will stop the insanity of continually and obsessively attempting to completely ruin their search function!
