In terms of diversification, I have been throttling back on my cardboard acquisitions, so that I can allocate additional resources to other areas. With some of the runup in cardboard prices, a couple of years ago the value of my collection got to be around 30% of my assets, which felt waaaaay too heavy for me.
These days, it's closer to 20%, which is still a little uncomfortably high, but at least trending in the right direction.

Yes, one of the ironies of cards doing well, if you're looking at them from that perspective. I suppose you could just not count them as assets at all and think of them as a nice extra.
