Lou Gehrig Baseball Scrap Book #77-Need Help Identifying

I've owned these "cards" that are numbered and show two players including Lou Gehrig. They appear to have been cut from a newspaper and may have been cut in pairs.

Does anyone have any additional information on these such as year or make. Thanks, Tom
