Why should you have to ask for more scans unless you see a problem with the card and you want another image? If the card otherwise looks good, there's no reason to ask for any more info.

They have a history now. The fact that it is taking this long to resolve is bad. This is simply an open and shut case.

It is disgusting what some of the big one's do.
