I see everyone's point of view, so I will post mine.
Could it have been better - absolutely. However, consider the following please: - The card arrived undamaged. - It is in the same condition, as best as can be determined, as advertised. - The seller listened to your advise, stated it would be better moving forward, and provided a very reasonable reason why it wasn't packaged better. I really don't know what else you, or anyone else, expects from the seller. Those without sin, please cast the first stone!
