Dating a photo postcard?

New to postcards. Is there a way to date a photo postcard based upon the style of the backside? Thanks

Also...anyone know anything more about this image? It looks like the stadium for the Buffalo Buffeds was built in the old fairgrounds, with construction starting in March '14 - is this a pic of it still under construction, or did it always look like it needed landscaping
