My late Father-in-law was a life long collector and part-time dealer. This was in his safe. Unfortunately, I have nothing more. He lived in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia so most of his buys were in PA, MD and VA. Not that is might not be from somewhere else but that was the area he frequented.
