Does anyone have any more details on the dot? This'll help id repros and repros-turned-fakes. - What's it look like in close-up? For example, the color and printing process.
- Is the placement always the same?
- Is it found across all brands?

This is not a factual statement as to there being a dot on numerous reprints. It just so happens to be on this one. There are hundreds of versions of fake cobbs.
Signs like that are not really what should be looked for generally, as was mentioned previously, this card has as much similarity to a real Cobb as a Fiero has with a Ferrari. The issue is that to my wife, the Fiero is the same as a Ferrari.
Education with these cards and handling many is how to learn, if that has not been done please ask or buy graded. While neither solution is guaranteed to be right, it’s better than a guess. Also, as the saying goes…if it’s too good to be true, it likely isn’t.
