Question on this 1966 Topps Mantle? Venezuelan?
Recently picked up this 66 Mantle at a local card show...it looked a little dull in hand until I got it next to other 66 cards, especially another Mantle...it is super flat with no gloss. Back looks similar in color other than OC.
Looked up the difference in a regular issue and a Venezuelan card and I've read that year the only difference is the flat, no gloss...no other markings or writing. Did I inadvertently pick up a card south of the border or is this just a flat, possibly sun dried a little regular Mantle? BTW...passes the smell test and would doubt a RP would be OC like this.  Card in question is on the bottom -
