Resolution
Follow up......
So I reached out to Brent via email and within the hour I was contacted by a very helpful CS rep who while unable to reverse what I had done, was able to fasttrack the cards thru curation and into the Vault upon which I can have them sent to me. The curation should be done by weeks end, so only a few days longer than it would have been, had it processed as I thought it had. The rep was most helpful and responsive. Again, if you are paying for these items online just go slow and click the right boxes.. Scott
