Question about BBC Exchange
I wasn't sure what section I should post this in, so sorry if it's misplaced.
Has anyone ever brought in a sealed wax case into BBC Exchange or know if that's possible to get their authentication? The wax case I have is 36 years old and has been up in my attic since I bought new in 1985, so the packing taped has dried out a lot and I'm worried if I sent it through the mail the tape would come off, so wouldn't be considered sealed anymore. I called the BBC Exchange a few days ago and left a message, but haven't received a reply yet. I know they must be extra busy with covid and everyone wanting to get authentication, so is it possible if I went to the BBC Exchange I could get it authenticated the same day or the next, as I would be traveling a distance to have it done? Thanks, Mark
