There is no reason to assume that it's not worth 75 k now. Was a strong market pre-pandemic (for about the prior five years) that was chomping at the bit to buy any that came available for 30 k then.
Prices of the crazy '80s PSA 10s that have corrected so badly since February have steadied some lately. I wouldn't be surprised if these are the "new" levels going forward for a long time. Plus the current value still isn't extended nearly as much as most elite PSA 10 '80s cards, especially the Jordan rookie (which is still almost 10 x pre-pandemic levels, compared to a 2 1/2 times gain for the Henderson)
