COMC shipping question

Hi All;

I purchased three cards from COMC on 3/8. I rarely buy from them. When I was looking at the order I found this:

Status
Status: Shipment request successfully completed
Tracking: Not Shipped Yet

Date Estimated Actual
Requested 3/8/2020
Shipped 3/23/2020 Not Yet
Delivered 3/26/2020

My question is, is it normal for them not to ship until 15 days after the order is placed?
