1993 stadium club box hunt #212 John Kiely

Hi i got this card last night from a hobby box i purchased from the hobby shop and was wondering why i cant find this online. was an error recorded for this card or is this a cheap anomoly. Ok so i dont remember how to upload an image and tried tinypick but wouldnt work.

the card is a normal #212 john kiely but the picture on the front looks like someone put a few blotches of white paint. im sure something to do with production. got any news on this card or how to import an image that would help.
