Same guy won it the second time around for $910. The guy is obviously full of shit. Why would he allow the same a-hole to bid on it if he couldn't pay for it the first time. Looks like you didn't bid on it the first time. Too bad, you probably could have won it for < $900 or at least drove his shill bidder up.
