repackaged auction - why?

Hunt's current Internet auction has lot 767 which is a repackaged rack pack. Except for knowing that Brooks and Ashburn are in the pack, why would someone auction this as a repack. And why would someone bid. Why not just say it is a lot of cards with Brooks and Richie. It seems to be a bit deceiving. Options, thoughts are appreciated. Lot description 1963 Topps "Christmas Rack Pack" - repackaged souvenir pack (Overall EX/MT) Selection of 1963 Topps baseball cards which have been repackaged into a souvenir pack with very nice display value. Cards appear to be in nice EX/MT or better condition with Brooks Robinson and Richie Ashburn visible on top. Touch of light wear to pack includes some creases in paper hanger portion: Overall EX/MT
