Be very careful of Huggins cuts. You are much better off, if affordable, buying a more substantial item.
The two earliest forgers in the hobby, Ron Dross and Dave Zimmerman, put a tremendous amount of cuts into the hobby. The cuts are still around even though those guys have been dead and in the "bad place" for around 15 years.
