question what is the vale of a miller Huggins cut, what would you pay today to get one?

Very pricey, $2K minimum

I agree... certainly not out of the universe and a moderate expense but just starting to get into the expensive ones that begin to separate the HoF collectors.

Be very careful of Huggins cuts. You are much better off, if affordable, buying a more substantial item.
The two earliest forgers in the hobby, Ron Dross and Dave Zimmerman, put a tremendous amount of cuts into the hobby. The cuts are still around even though those guys have been dead and in the "bad place" :D for around 15 years.
