We all make mistakes, with the amount of information provided it would be
pretty close to impossible not to have a couple of errors. I had a Cycle 460 that was unconfirmed a few years ago and Tim asked me for front and back scans before he would add it to the confirmed list. The Ames has been on the confirmed list for a long time so it could be a data entry error or an error from mis-information before they started requesting scans of the card before they would confirm a combo.
