Hi Greg,
It is your thread, but can I suggest you indicate "hot" since when? Some board members will think T206 backs are hot because 6 years ago the prices were way lower (yet over that timeframe the folks who track this almost daily would say there have been many hot and cold periods over those years). Others who are very active buyers/sellers will think "hot" means prices up since 2013. I think this is more what you are looking for? Cheers, Blair
